Porter's Pawn October 2026 Giveaway — Official Rules

Sponsor: Porter's Pawn

Promotion Period: Tuesday October 20, 2026, through Friday, October 30, 2026. Entries close at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on October 30, 2026.

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to legal residents of Arkansas who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Porter's Pawn and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. How to Enter

To enter, participants must comment on the official Porter's Pawn Facebook giveaway post for the location they wish to enter:

Harrison, Arkansas: Comment with a short story about your first or favorite hunting trip.
Mountain Home, Arkansas: Comment with a short story about a great road trip memory.

Each location's giveaway is a separate promotion with its own prize package and random drawing. Each eligible participant may submit one entry per location. Participants may enter both giveaways and may win both prize packages. Entering one giveaway does not automatically enter a participant into the other giveaway.

Duplicate comments on the same giveaway post will not increase a participant's odds of winning. Entries must comply with these Official Rules. Entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise ineligible may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase the chances of winning.

3. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value

One prize package will be awarded for each location.

Harrison Prize Package

One Cabela's The ZonZ Hub Blind — approximate retail value: $220
One Heckler & Koch hat — approximate retail value: $25
One Porter's Pawn beanie — approximate retail value: $15

Total approximate retail value (ARV): $260

Mountain Home Prize Package

One Grizzly Coca-Cola cooler — approximate retail value: $320
One Heckler & Koch hat — approximate retail value: $25
One Porter's Pawn beanie — approximate retail value: $15
One Porter's Pawn hoodie — approximate retail value: $40

Total approximate retail value (ARV): $400

The combined approximate retail value of both prize packages is $660.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Porter's Pawn reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if necessary, subject to applicable law.

Any applicable taxes associated with accepting or receiving a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

One winner for each location will be selected at random from all eligible entries received for that location's giveaway. The drawings will take place after the promotion closes and are expected to be completed no later than November 6, 2026.

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable location's giveaway.

Winners will be contacted by direct message through the official Porter's Pawn Facebook Page associated with the applicable giveaway. Winners must respond within 72 hours of the initial notification and verify their eligibility to claim their prize.

If a selected winner does not respond within 72 hours, is found ineligible, declines the prize, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, Porter's Pawn may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries for that location.

Winners may be asked to provide reasonable proof of eligibility and identity before receiving their prizes. Sensitive identification numbers, such as Social Security numbers, must not be requested or shared through Facebook messages.

Porter's Pawn reserves the right to make final eligibility determinations, subject to applicable law.

5. Prize Claim and Pickup

Winners must arrange to pick up their prizes at the Porter's Pawn location associated with the applicable giveaway.

All prizes must be claimed and picked up no later than November 20, 2026, unless Porter's Pawn agrees otherwise in writing. No purchase or payment is required to claim a prize.

If a winner does not respond within the required notification period or fails to claim the prize by the pickup deadline, Porter's Pawn may select an alternate winner in accordance with these Official Rules.

Additional pickup instructions will be provided directly to the winners.

6. Publicity and Privacy

Where permitted by applicable law, Porter's Pawn may announce a winner's first and last name on its official Facebook Pages or other promotional channels.

Porter's Pawn will use information provided by participants as reasonably necessary to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, and arrange prize pickup, consistent with applicable law and its privacy practices. Participants should not post sensitive personal information in public comments.

Any additional use of a winner's likeness, testimonial, or other personal information for promotional purposes will be subject to applicable law and any required consent.

7. Fraud Prevention

Only the official Porter's Pawn Facebook Page associated with the applicable location's giveaway is authorized to contact winners.

Porter's Pawn will never ask a winner for credit card information, payment, or a fee to claim a prize, nor will it require a winner to click an unfamiliar link to receive a prize.

Participants should be cautious of fake accounts impersonating Porter's Pawn. Participants should verify that any winner notification comes from the correct official Porter's Pawn Facebook Page.

8. General Conditions

Porter's Pawn reserves the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, incomplete, submitted in violation of these Official Rules, or otherwise ineligible.

Porter's Pawn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control compromise its fairness or proper administration, subject to applicable law. Any changes will be made only as reasonably necessary and in accordance with applicable law.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Porter's Pawn and its owners, employees, and agents from claims or liability arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Facebook / Meta Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, each participant releases Facebook and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any responsibility or liability related to this promotion.

Participants understand that they are providing their information to Porter's Pawn and not to Facebook or Meta. Information collected in connection with this promotion will be used to administer the giveaway and communicate with participants and winners, consistent with applicable law and Porter's Pawn's privacy practices.

10. Governing Law

This promotion is subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
